Step5: Click photo or scan the pages in sequence in PDF format & Upload it on provided google form link.

Step6: Evaluation will be done by Qualified CS/CA/CMAs & Checked sheets along with suggestions in 1-2 days. 

Step7: You will get your checked sheets on your email id with remark
